Monitoring & investigation
- Built Power BI monitoring dashboards for critical APIs and services across the Digital Site Reliability team.
- Investigated service reliability issues using performance metrics and debugging tools.
Intake automation & access
- Automated intake forms into Azure DevOps user stories using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Integrated Azure Active Directory authentication and role-based access controls into the intake workflow.
THE RESULT
60% more intake submissions.
Automated the path from intake form to Azure DevOps user story, increasing submissions handled by the Digital Site Reliability team by 60%. Delivered monitoring dashboards alongside the workflow to help the team investigate critical service behavior.
